[SPOILERS] [Guide] Modes, Endings and Achievements

I have made guide based on this thread:

I probably won't update this one anymore.

Modes

Nightmare
Beat the game with all characters recruited
Ultimate
Beat the game with only Zangetsu by killing every other character
Boss Rush
Same as above

Endings and requirements

Nightmare's End (FIN)
Beat game with Nightmare mode
Emperor of Darkness (Bad End)
Kill all other characters in normal mode and beat the game
Those Left Behind (To be continued)
Beat the game with all characters recruited
Blade Gleaming at Sunrise (The End)
Beat the game with having max 2 characters recruited (Any mode)
Fallen Moon's Requeim (The End..?)
Beat Nightmare mode

Text withing brackets refers to ending text (Bad end/True end, ect)

Achievements

Moonlight of Temptation
Finish Stage 1 for the first time.
Frigid Hell
Finish Stage 2 for the first time.
The brilliant Void
Finish Stage 3 for the first time.
Blasphemy unto Heaven
Finish Stage 4 for the first time.
Sunder the Night
Finish Stage 5 for the first time.
Tragedy of Slaughter
Finish Stage 6 for the first time.
Defiler of Taboos
Finish Stage 7 for the first time.
Cleave the moon
Finish Stage 8 for the first time.
Those Left Behind
Recruit every adventurer and finish the game
Fallen Moon's Requeim
Complete the game on Nightmare mode
Emperor of Darkness
Sacrifice every adventurer and finish the game
Nightmare's End
Beat the game without killing or recruiting anyone
Blade Gleaming at Sunrise
Beat the game, recruit at least one character and ignore at least one. Don't kill anyone.
Big Game Hunting!
Beat boss rush mode
That Man, Zangetsu
Beat the game while ignoring at least one character and kill at least one. Don't recruit anyone.

Nightmare's End - Complete the game without killing or recruiting anyone.
If someone got info on "That man, Zangetsu" please post asap!

How to get the Blade Gleaming one? Also, any tips for the Boss Rush? been getting rekt pretty easily at it, heh

For the Blade Gleaming one, recruit Miriam, but nobody else.
As for boss rush, who exactly is killing you? You basically get a free skip on one of them if you give Alfred the lightning ability - I used that on Bathtub lady on my way through.

Yeah, bathtub vampire was going hard on me
Guess i'll try to use the lightning skill on her, was saving it for the boat boss. Thanks!

Has anyone beaten Ultimate mode yet? If yes, does it unlock anything?

I've completed it twice, once killing everyone one, once ignoring them all.
No, it doesn't unlock anything, I'm not even sure if I got an achievement out of it.

As for boat boss, Gebel can hit him during his initial hovers, Miriam can slide under his tornado.

Can't figure out That Man, Zangetsu. Description on one site says "Go it alone and see the Normal ending."

I've cleared normal both killing and allying with everyone and cleared Ultimate with just ignoring all of them. That's the only one I'm missing aside from just recruiting Miriam.
