That update in October was to fix a very specific problem that was causing people to stop purchasing the game because it had gone so long without being addressed (inability to play multiplayer without having random people come into your game, even when it was password protected).
The "bigger update" that you refer to is for their other game, Potion Paws.
That being said, I would still recommend the game. It is a lot of fun.
Oh, okay. As an outsider it sounded like a coming update. At least they did fix that issue, even though it took them some time.
the fix for the passwords actually caused another glitch, which I discovered and reported right away, and it was fixed within 24 hours, thanks to the moderator and devs quick response. Some things can be fixed fast, and some take time to figure out.
There are little things that happen by surprise in this game and I have had some fun sharing pictures with a bit of story in the screenshots both here and mostly in Discord. Make up your own story and see how the game reacts. Two dragons kissing near your dragon eggs is a story.
An update on the glitch in multiplayer where items disappear from chests for the guest players would be welcomed by all,
And some more interesting quests after the start of year 7 would be very exciting. Or at least encourage mod creators to make more mods like the one that adds 300 quests.
This game is great in all its aspects and really deserves more attention and players. I mean all the dragons we can find in Kozita are wonderful, but NONE of the NPC's in the world even react to us bringing dragons into town!!!
Give us some hope for the future of this game. PLEASE.
The people update was actually kind of odd after first wanting to be a person. I love most of the stuff they add and the bugs give this game charm. I find it funny and satisfying when I press speak too fast and I'm talking to the next person by teleport or something else happens that's unintended to happen so early in the playthrough, but not so much game breaking.
The only problem I really have is if I play too many days in a row without restarting my textures start disappearing or don't line up right such as the seed icons. That just seems to either be an issue with caching or graphics card though.
