Not yet but it's something I have planned.
The code for the arenas already supports multiple weapon types but when I tried it it ended up being way too confusing and complicated to I have to remove that feature until I can get it working clearly.

In the meantime, if you switch the weapon the arena uses it takes time for the transporters to catch up and make all the switches resulting in multiple weapon types in play. The workers simply place weapons on spawn points from what is in the item slots. I had a team deathmatch with pistols and shotguns. :)
