Can't start the game

Hi all,

Had a quick search, but I think its just me, whenever i try and start the game it appears to load and a unity window flashes up, then closes... am I being dumb?

Windows 10 pro 17134
steam and game up to date
rebooted
AV off
tried compatibility mode for XP (idk, seemed smart!), Vista and 7...

Help please!! :(
