So you mean the Guest buys weapon and armor and takes his own gear to the Arena instead of being handed it to him?
That was part of my original idea but it became too cumbersome to understand, essentially you would be punished because a random guest decided to get low tier equipment.
Equipment is something I'd like to revisit in the future but not sure how I can make it work as a mechanic.
