I have the same problem as MIDOKO :-|

None of the routes I finished so far (The Hunger, Zenya's ending and Diving Deep) unlocked an achievement.
I did unlock the CG Completion achievement (without actually unlocking all CGs in game yet ...) for some reason though.

Same.

My experience is: I played all routes with the 18+ patch and got no achievments outside of CG gallery completion (got this after one route) and music completion (after all routes). I was curious so reinstalled my game without the patch, cleared save files and redid all routes. Achievments worked fine then outside of the 'congraultions' one which won't unlock at all (patched or unpatched) despite having the CG/scene for it. Definaltey wierd!

I'm having this problem too! I cleared all the routes and only have the cg and music achievement and nothing else. Heres hoping it gets a fix of some kind...

Any word on the fix yet? I don't want to play with the patch turned off, so I've just put the game aside until the achieves are fixed for now.

They still weren't unlocking properly last week. What I did was play with the patch first and read the story, then uninstalled the patch and skipped through everything just to get the achievements. Not ideal, but I was able to play the game with the patch and get achievements that way.

Now that it's closing in on a yr later, was this ever fixed?

Yupyup... Just completed Zenya ending but no achi.

Since folks are probably still curious about this: with the R18 patch, which hasn't been updated for some time now (the last update was to fix sound problems), the only achievement you can get is "CG Completion," for clearing all of the routes and clicking on the Extras menu. Ironically, it seems from my own research that the only achievement you could have trouble getting WITHOUT the R18 patch is... you guessed it... CG Completion! So if you're a stickler for achievements, you really do have to go through the whole game in R18 mode, then remove the patch and fast forward to receive achievement completion credit. This makes SOME sense to me, because the save files for the R18 patch are completely independent from the "All-Ages" version, and thus aren't even backed up by Steam Cloud Saves... Still, frustrating!

I completed the Zenya and Makoto endings but no achievement popped. Any ideas how to fix this problem?
