No Raiders Please.
Can someone with more modding skill than myself help me with this. I just don't want raiders...like, EVER. I want to be able to play my game, and slowly build up my community in peace. It may sound boring, but I'm desperately seeking a way to get rid of these darned raiders appearing and ruining everything. Can anyone give a girl some help here?

You can play creative mode, in the "Challenges" tab.

This is a builtin feature of the game.

You can play creative mode.
You can edit <action type="SetRaider" /> in any scenario or save.
You can use this mod (but read bugs section first):
