Afaik there's no way to stretch the ageing itself, other than to lengthen seasons 5 times each, which isn't hard but involves some calculations and writing it out for a span of like 30 odd years. Just a lot of code really. Eventually, you'll have so much time on your hands it's boring af.
Also, men and women don't need to be in the same tent for her to get pregnant (just saying)
Kids look the same between age 0-15, adults between age 16-45 and elderly from 46 and beyond. Obviously newborns are age 0 but migrants could be of any random age, which can't be modded either. So some of the adults coming in might be closer to old age than others.
If you want to know what the exact age is of a certain entity that year, duplicate your save game, rename it from .sav to .zip, unzip it and look up the name and the "years_old" below it.
