Bug with Limitations from Axt/Spear etc.

First of all, you can't register on your Bug Tracker website :)
Next thing, in my current Save Game the Limitations are not working correctly. With the clothes its alright and it shows the current people count. But with the Weapons and axt and so on it always shows the wrong amount.

If you have questions or want me to upload the savegame, give me a link or I can drop it in Dropbox or something.

There are 2 similiar settings:
- % of Population - useful for clothing (children like clothing)
- % of Adults - useful for tools (children cannot use tools)

Look close, you can see the %A and the different tooltip in your screenshots.
