Some exams had been completed, but still reappear as available exams, which result unnecessary repeating examinations being done.
As per the title. Notice the above issue.
Example, I notice some patients had done CT or Physical Examination, and alrdy marked as Green or Gray in Active Examination (which meant should consider closed job!), but the same examination again appear as options in available examination. The AI or you, may later repeat these examination again, which end up with no result, and waste time.

They are available again for patients who had a certain surgery because there are sometimes post-op complications and they are revealed by those exact examinations.
Physical examination for any surgery.
CT scans for craniotomies.
Echo and blood pressure measurements for CVS surgeries.
And a few others...
