Micro freezes every few seconds
I'm sure this has been discussed a lot, but I cannot find any solution by searching online and most of the discussions about his issue is from 3 years ago or more

Every couple of seconds the game freezes for a split second. Micro stutter if you will

It was fine for the fist few hours then suddenly just started happening. I have a small clinic with only 3 departments and bout 20 staff

Closing and opening the game doesn't help. Restarting PC didn't help. Running with v-sync doesn't help

Any suggestions? It's really annoying

32GB Ram
RTX3060 12 GB
