Can ambulance parking be placed over the main road?
Only asking because this is what I seem to get. I opened a new 64x64 sandbox and dynamited everything (existing ambulance parking remained). I then designated a large area (more than 30 x 50, just a placeholder) to be waiting room. I then clicked ambulance parking and found that I could drag it all the way left (or down, depending on rotation) such that half of it lies on the main road itself.

I have screenshots if necessary, but can't see the option to share images here?

And as a related question: when placing new ambulance parking, is the old one meant to 'disappear'? This is what the tooltip says, but it's not the case for me as the old one remains. And doesn't seem to be able to be removed by dynamite. So I have to spend $$ to buy grass and patch it up, which is quite a large area

Hello, thank you for the report. Though we were not able to replicate the issue, we would like to investigate it further. Would you please send us the save and log file to bugs@oxymoron.games so we can examine the issue up close?

Considering the following question: Tooltip says "replace", and I personally agree that it leaves some space for interpretation. Anyway, we meant that the new parking lot takes over the function of the old one, as only one working parking lot can be present on the map at the same time. The new parking lot cannot be deleted by dynamite. But you should be able to do it with the old one. The dynamite tool should replace it with grass tiles.

Alas I was so bewildered by the parking that I never bothered to save it! Would a copy still be in the locations you mentioned?

based on this, it does seem to be part of the bug as there were two concurrent ambulance parking present after I 'pasted' the new one

and no, I wasn't referring to dynamiting the new parking lot; I know that you need at least one. I am referring to the old parking lot whereby it remains untouched by dynamite. the only thing that seems to work is replacing it with grass (specifically chosen as that, not chosen as dynamite)

It depends. If you load the game after the last session (even the same save file), the log will start recording (rewrite itself) all over again, but if you quit it back then, the log will probably still contain some valuable info.

Visually, yes, but only one should be working from a game mechanics point of view (an ambulance can be placed on it, etc.)

Strange, the dynamite tool worked on the old parking lot just fine when I was checking yesterday.

As far as I know, this is the only case this issue has been reported, so I presume that the conditions for its manifestation must be quite rare. If you by chance manage to replicate the issue again, make/find a save, or remember something that could lead to its replication, we will be grateful for any further info.
