In sandbox mode, the longer I play the more issue I have. When I build a department everything seems to work however, if I go to expand or renovate a department I start to have issues. The most consistent is all the staff on duty will be kicked out of their work stations even if their area was not touched. On occasion I also have issues sectioning areas or placing furniture during these expansions/renovations.
