Can I still kill the final boss if I completed the game with the pacifist ending?
I had the treaty with the Old Ones and now the only achievement I miss is the one for killing their boss. Is there any way to still do that or is it locked for good?

yes, there is an area beneath the first magic island that lets you refight bosses
