Have you taken the mecha dragon ship to the hidden world? If not, ask around, and you may find there's a special world that only the mecha dragon ship can reach.

i already took it there and i dont know who to ask for a quest

Have you talked to the person on the hidden world and completed all quests there? It's possible you're post-endgame, and so there aren't a lot of quests remaining.
