Mind sending me the save file (you can export it with the green export save button, and email it to david.m@fancyfishgames.com) ? It doesn't save the firing state of the gun (or projectiles - if you load in the middle of firing the gun, the bullet fired is just gone), but if it always does this on load, I can figure out what's going in on the save. Also make sure the fire key isn't being held on your keyboard or a connected controller.
