Colosseum Battles Need Tuning
Most of the Colosseum battles are badly tuned imo. Either they're way too easy and only require a repetitive pattern of swing -> move -> block - > swing etc. or they're very badly overtuned like with the Chimera where you literally have to get a few lucky dodges or you can't win, or the Nursery Crab where the placement of the eggs, their seemingly random spawn timers, and the touch damage with few invincibility frames makes that fight ALSO entirely luck dependent which makes both of them very frustrating. There are a few others that need some TLC but mostly at the moment the Colosseum gives very little reward for the time investment and grinding boss fights at lower tiers gets boring rather quickly.

All of the boss fights are beatable without luck - if you're needing luck or failing a lot, you might want to try a different strategy or take a close look at what's in your inventory. Some of the boss fights are patterns you have to learn, and once you do, they become repetitive and easy - there's not much I can do with those fights, they are just simple bosses. If you aren't enjoying the colosseum, there's no real need to explore it, it's mainly for players who want to re-fight bosses with appropriate level equipment so it's not too easy.

I think the bomber is pretty good, as if you can fight well you only need to watch out for the beam attacks. However, I do agree that some are too easy (Ice Boss) and others are quite hard (final boss, mega golemech, crab).
