Draconian Armor weight limit.
I just got the draconian armor and it looks better than my current gear (spacer).
It's stats are a carry limit of 1500, however, when i go over my regular weight limit of 450 i suffer huge damage. Even when flying and the increased weight limit should kick in, the damage continious as if i am not wearing armor at all. I know walking with more weight than allowed drains stamina, but this is enormous even if i go over it just a little bit, unlike other armor. Could it be a bug, or is there a hidden stat with the draconian armor i'm not yet aware of?

The draconian armor does not add any carrying capacity - your carrying capacity is from whatever backpack you are wearing. The Max Weight: 1500 tabbed under flight height is the maximum weight the draconian armor can hold while flying - anything above that and it cannot fly at all, regardless of what backpack you have. Below that, it can fly but it does not affect stamina calculations for being overweight.

It does drain stamina while flying, more if you are over the 450 weight limit. A bug perhaps?

No, draconian armor costs stamina to fly, which is affected by how overweight you are (like the brooms). All flying equipment has some cost to flying - whether it is power, stamina, or durability.

Defeat the Dishonored One on the Depths. You summon him by activating all the monoliths on the island (for which you need bone shards obtained from the deep water creatures; especially the sea serpents) then speaking to the initial NPC.
