Dragon Ship Heart carry capacity
I obtained the dragon ship heart by using an alter gem, but the weight limit I have for normal movement is my base carry capacity. Is this a bug, because it seems that something this far in the game should have a higher weight limit.

That is correct - the dragon ship heart gives you no carry capacity. It's meant to be a pretty mixed item - it's great for flying and travelling between planets, but it doesn't let you carry much when you're not flying.

It's always been that way... originally it was only an item to help you if you lost your spaceship and not meant to be a good item at all, which is why it has no carry capacity. It can fly with up to 2000 weight tho, so it's pretty usable in the air.
