It sounds like a graphics card problem. Check to make sure your drivers are fully up to date first. If that doesn't work, you may need new graphics hardware.

Thank you for the advice but it didnt help i updated drivers and also unistalled and reinstalled them. The graphicscard i fine am playing much intensive games and no problem at all. I have a new XPS 9500 i9 and gtx1650 ti.

Another option would be to uninstall then reinstall Aground. Verify the files first (open your library, right-click on Aground, properties, local files, verify integrity).

I'm having this same problem. I've followed all the suggestions given but there's been no change. Just wondering if anything else can be done?

Try updating the graphics card from the manufacturer's website (nvidia/amd/intel) - often windows update gets the wrong one.

I'm also having this issue and none of the presented solutions worked; does anyone else know how to solve this?
