Slow Motion Bug like in Skyrim
I have the bug like in Skyrim where a enemy do a heavy attack when you block it slows down youre Time but it won't go back to normal it happens nearly everytime and i can't remove the skill -.-

Press R to sheathe (put away) your weapons, that has worked for me sometimes at least

but still its rly annoying and its breaking the fun of the game

I know this is a 5 year old thread and this solution might've been found/posted somewhere else, but in case someone else encounters the same problem here is one solution that works:
Aquire the perk "Eye of the Storm" of the Thief-Branch thats slows time and activate it. As soon as its effect wears off, the bug is resolved.
I'm sure there's a command to aquire the skill if you don't have it.
