Blatant copy of Slay the Spire

Quoted from "Royal Booty Quest": "slay monsters, conquer the Spire".

Every screen shot on the store confirms this is nothing more than a **massive** downgrade from its source material "Slay the Spire".

Royal Booty Quest have 6 heroes. StS have 3 heroes.

Can you list more similarities? differencies?

I learned about the game while looking for more games like "Slay The Spire" and ended up on a reddit post about how much this game copies StS. I didn't save the link.

As my original post already mentioned, your screen shots and description support their claim, as does the start of the second paragraph in a news article (found while looking for the reddit post), by Elite Games Ltd: "Inspired by "Slay the Spire" - it is pretty much the same"

If I remember correctly (while skimming), this game was originally intended to be a mod of StS in the first place. Having said all that, I've also found positive reviews from people that have already played StS and were looking for more variety.

Who cares. Every time a game is a big hit you have many other games come out later that were "inspired" by it. It just the way the business is run now-a-days.

@mr.Badim are you joking? Lol you didn’t even change the name of the cards. The only reason I found this game is because I searched google for “Slay The Spire iOS” for my commutes to work. It’s cool, I’m appreciative to have StS for mobile but you can’t SERIOUSLY be denying that this is a blatant and complete rip off of StS

At this point - it is less then when we started this conversation.
As a base - yes, RBQ got 3 heroes from StS.
But now RBQ have more heroes and more stuff to do and explore.

What I(or you) can do - is not add/play StS heroes in RBQ. Or not. Dosent matter this much at this point of time.

My point - yes and no. If you play StS heroes in RBQ - then you would have similar expirience. If you would pick RBQ heroes - then you would have different expirience.
