The publisher is not exist any more, so there can not be a sale for it.

And you got lucky that you can still purchase this game, since the change of currency of many regions, this game became unpurchasable in those regions, since there is no publisher to make the price in new currencies.

Why would you need a sale for a 10.99 dollar game?? At that price you either want it or you don't.

It's more of a "this game looks out of date like crazy and is way old and might be something I mess around with just for laughs, but I'd never pay more then 5 dollar for" then wanting it kind of thing.

Like I said you either want it or you don't, and clearly you aren't interested in the game if your only concern is to mess around and have some laughs. For those of us that have played this, especially the MP, it was a pretty golden RTS. Sadly MP doesn't work partly because gamespy doesn't exist anymore and partly because the game has had no support for newer OS's that have come out since its release.

So you would say its a highly reduced game title based on the lack of MP and support? Wouldn't this also be a reason to want a sale for the game? Don't get me wrong, I'm not opposed to paying for games at their values. I buy new games, I buy DLC's, etc. etc. But I do try to not invest more money into a game then it's worth and this game seems to be lacking features, as well as being outdated and what not. I honestly think the better question is - why shouldn't this game be on sale?

Well as someone already mention Timegate Studios no longer exists, so chances of it going on sale aren`t likely. Especially since it involves bankruptcy. By outdated I`m assuming you mean the game looks old? Honestly no one picks up a old game for its graphics, they pick it up for its gameplay. The gameplay is very good though, somewhat similar to DoW (the first game) but not quite on small maps or expendable squads. Even though you can't play MP all to well, you can definitely enjoy the campaign and some skirmish games against AI.
