can't find Naava
mission 21 in order to end it you must find Naava Daishan thing is there is a portion of the map that is closed off by mountains and I can not get to that area... there is a odd almost way in.. in the lower left corner but is closed off... any suggestions?

she should be in the area in the most right corner of the map, search that area and you will find her.

What above said, once you clear Huge Enemy Fortress, go through eastern pass and folow it NE. She should appear close to map border with small squad of troops and some fallen monsters attacking her.
Also, don't use map reveal cheats :) Those models in blocked areas are used for cinematics.
