game crashed first time playing and got banned
i tried to sigh back in and it said i was banned too many sign in attempts .. how do i fix this and report it if i cant sigh into xbox

It's an issue many of us are seeing, I've got some friends over in Aus and US which can login, but not us over in Europe.
