How to name a Custom Game/Forge Map on PC? (SOLVED)

I'm having trouble figuring out how to rename Game Modes and Forge Maps on the PC version of MCC. I play the Xbox One version with friends and there isn't any trouble naming them there. And I've scoured the internet and all I can find is stuff on modding, something I'm not ready to dabble with yet. I just want to simply rename and add descriptions to my game modes and forge maps.

I've done all I can find within the game to try and access it. I've selected options with the Keyboard, the Mouse, an XBox controller, and tried multiple game modes/maps but I can't seem to be able to change the name or description at all so all my saves just have the default name and description and I don't want to go making more until I can tell them apart reasonably. Any help would be appreciated.
