Do you have any mods installed? Sometimes certain mods will break the normal version of the game. No idea why, but i've run into it two or three times.

Already did both still no luck

asaik, MCC doesn't work on linux due to AC. You have to boot it without AC.

was working fine yesterday, now not working. whats ac?

I am booting it with out anti cheat

i was able to run a proton log, here are the results;

And then the line right below it:

not sure where to go from here. this appears to be a new issue

same. was working 2 days ago, now ONLY works with anticheat disabled. achievements dont register in this mode :(

I having the same issue, I tried a lot of things, nothing worked

doesn't work with proton experimental, and protondb has no working solutions.

this game should probably lose gold status there and have its steamdeck compatibility info changed on steam.

i was able to play just fine yesterday with the anticheat on, but today ive been getting a vulkan error and it doesnt boot either with or without anticheat... im not sure its a me problem tho....
