every time I open the game there's an infinite loading screen

getting the same issue. the game prompts me that my xbox live sign in failed then when i click retry it just loads forever. i've tried deleting and redownloading all the dlc's, restarting my pc, deleting the full game and redownloading it, but nothing. it worked the first time but never again after that
