Forge Spawning Question

So I am making a CTF map on Sandbox. I at some point deleted the block that is right in the middle of the map that allows you to go underground and access the other underground portion of the map. I have set up Defending and Attacking Spawn Ares. But for what ever reason i end up spawning sometimes in the underground or in mid map, where i have no Spawning Area. Any advice on how to fix this?

for spawning areas Im pretty sure u put spawn points inside of them and they will work so otherwise dont use them
