Help MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe Application Error (0xc0000142), Everything has been tried!
:halojerome: PLS Help anyone, I keep getting a message stating that there's an application error named "Help MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe Application Error (0xc0000142)" But EVERYTHING I've done to try and fix this has FAILED. I've at most:
1. Verified game files
2. Checked if the localization of my computer is correct
3. ran Diagnostics checks via windows
4. Changed compatibility and Set to run as administrator
5. Updated microsoft and Nvidia drivers/Files
6. Restarted laptop
7. Updated steam
8. Uninstalled game & Reinstalled
9. Btw it runs PERFECT without anti-Cheat aka with mods n whatnot so I checked that out over at Program Files(86x) on my drive and it's just fine
10. Ran <reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows" /v "LoadAppInit_DLLs" /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f> on my command.exe Terminal!
11. YES my RedirectX And DirectX extra drivers n stuffs are just fine/All updated
12. Even gone to Windows NT folder DEEP within computer to check the AppLoadInit.DLL stuff and the value is zero and working!

I have ZERO clue what to do now just to play with achievements or Online!

WAIT WAIT I FIGURED IT OUT!!! I DELETED THE BINARIES TO THE GAME AND VERIFIED THE FILES WITH STEAM AND THEN IT REINSTALLED AND I CAN PLAY AGAIN!!!

I'm having the same problem! can you pls lmk which specific files you deleted and where they are located? is it just all the files in the following folder??? ...\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Binaries\Win64

Yeah but go back one & just delete Binaries fromm the MCC folder
