I had to do that the first time the game loaded, but after that I was having an issue where the balsa program would crash to desktop after attempting to launch the game from steam. I solved the issue by doing a full uninstall and manual delete of the remaining files in the install folder. after reinstalling, the game launches and play flawlessly.
