idk what your trying to say but if your saying refunds should only be in ea your wrong as sometimes games are ♥♥♥♥ and deserves to be refunded

Assuming you're saying "continue with the generous refund policy, but also let anyone refund their early access game with zero questions/hassle", that actually sounds super good, because yeah often ea games get abondoned and such

anyhow, balsa is renamed and has moved to KITBASH. us owners of balsa will automatically own kitbash when it releases.

and I have no experience with it but if you really want to, you could try your luck directly contacting the devs asking for a refund
