No Linux Support?
What about your EULA? Will this be the same as your Kerbal Spyware. You know, the part where you can collect any personal data you want and share it with and sell it to whoever you want including data about other software and systems used unrelated to the game? Including your first and last name and email address, full system specs and a list of all you games? BTW foam model airplane building is far more popular than balsa these days. Foamboard, depron, EPP, EPO, EPS.

No linux support is usually a red flag for an incoming epic exclusive imo.

It's going to be epic exclusive? ugh.

How can it be an epic exclusive and have a demo up on steam right now? I would think that would break any exclusivity terms right there.

TLDR, no no exclusivity. There is a demo available now here on Steam, for free during the steam festival.

Are there any plans for Linux support in the future?

this is such a loaded question :(

Are there plans for Linux support.

Are you looking for beta testers?

(Yes this is Ruedii from the KSP community, and I wondered what cool project you were working on.)

As a note, Totally Reliable Delivery Company was given Epic exclusive after releasing their demo on Steam. I think Epic is contacting developers even after they sign on to steam. However, because Epic doesn't have a good Early Access program, I doubt they will go after this game. Also, Epic has little interest in titles that can't be marketed to a broad audience.

Simply put, this game isn't their cup of tea, and they won't go after it for an exclusive, even if they go after a co-publishing deal.

I'd love a Linux version. I tried it with proton and was happy that it worked :D

That's just silly. MOST games don't support linux natively. Stop being paranoid.

How did you get it to work? It seems to be very slow for me and crash when I start tutorial

There are THOUSANDS of games on STEAM with Linux support including many AAA titles. Linux market share has doubled in less than a year according to data compiled from steam surveys. Now WIN 11 has even more people leaving windows. I love Proton but more devs need to step up to Linux and Vulkan as the superior gaming platform. Gaming is the only thing keeping MS dominant in desktop PC. Linux already OWNS the server market and is the backbone of the WEB and almost ALL supercomputers. I don't understand people using MS Windows anyway knowing that it is tracking and logging EVERYTHING you do, That is NOT NORMAL and it should never be ALLOWED to become NORMAL. Use Linux no body tracking you. (Stay away from Ubuntu they ask if they can track you though) Use Manjaro or something based on Debian that's NOT Ubuntu. Avoid any OS or software that asks if you will provide usage data. That's the red flag!
