A list of annoying bugs
The big ones;

The roll unintentionally changes between loading and saving if not set manually in the workshop for each build - also negative numbers can turn positive even if set to negative.

Thrust and pitch can fluctuate on aircraft between loading. A plane that pitches perfectly and does a 100 kph on 100% thrust can for some reason go bananas and only do 50 kph on 100% the next flight and not pitch at all, for a glorius nosedive into the ground.

Aircraft with landing gear wobble like crazy when put down on the ground, It seems it happens to craft when they are about 3 kg in weight and on any kind of ground (concrete or grass).

It is nearly impossible to land a turbofan plane, even with correct glideslope as even landing on 10% throttle rips the plane apart, no difference to concrete or grass.

Encountering crash when entering workshop with a running aircraft in hand. (Turbofan plane, Sandbox, entering through door in workshop, not via menu.) 1/10 chance for a glorius crash.

The small ones:

Turbofan has a tendency to attach the wrong way - small but annoying thing.

Center of mass indicator can jump to the side of an aircraft in the workshop even when all parts are perfectly placed in line. Internal parts are also lined up perfectly.

Centering parts such as tailfins is very hard in the workshop - even with angle snap, as it starts to wobble around when on centerline. It is hard to correct this with the rotate/offset tool as the misalignment sometimes is so subtle that it is very hard to see.

Double-decker planes seem not to be loaded correctly as the game only seems to take into account wings attached directly to fuselage and not connected with balsa sprues.

Cannons cannot be rotated, and thus if you place them underbelly the gunsight will lower its pipper so low that you cannot see it in cockpit mode. -Minor but annoying.

Otherwise the game is enjoyable and I like it, but I think at least the "big" bugs on the list have to be fixed.

Landing a turbofan? You must have something wrong. My 8 fan B52 (there is a cloud screen shot) with retractable undercarriage flies and lands well enough.
Landing wobble? My 5.2 kg 8 engine "Flying boat 2" has fixed undercarriage and lands easily on concrete or flat grass.
The glide slope has nothing to do with the actual touch down. That requires the pilot to 'flare' when close to the ground to reduce the vertical velocity to as near zero as possible.

Well. I see what I see on my screen. The gear wobbles like crazy, and landing is what it is - flare or no flare. The only thing to do is to cut the throttle totally exactly before touchdown. Like a nanosecond.

Also a new bug, it seems the runway can spawn on the side slope in whirraway bay, and not on the plane section next to the workshop.
Somewhat interesting.

I can only suggest you build a plane with big enough wings that can fly reasonably slowly.
It is perfectly possible with practise to glide some distance and land at a chosen spot with the throttle closed the whole time.
I agree it is possible in a game fault condition for the runway to appear in the wrong place.

Well. It is the wheel with the short shaft that bugs out (center wheel) And the plane can fly resonable slow. I have made successful landings with it, but sometimes it is very inconsistant.

Found the bug in the Center wheel, and the solution. When being in symmetry mode, and placing a center nose gear, it starts jumping around in the editor. When then going out to fly the plane it spasses out as soon as it is placed on the ground. But when I did a double nosegear construction (placing nosegear slightly offset on each side of the nose and then using the offset tool), the trouble stopped.

Symmetry mode is to place two items identically about the centre line.
Just switch symmetry off when you want to place a single item.

Well did that. The center wheel spasses each way when placed on centerline for me, symmetry or no symmetry, therefore my workaround. All other parts seem to, when placed on centerline turn of symmetry by default (a la Kerbal space program), but not the center wheel.
