No elevators in career FYI
Just trying out career and letting you know that pitch control is not working at all for me (using m/kb Win10 pc).

Did have pitch control in the tute. At some point I did try to set invert axis for pitch because I like it that way. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I did uncheck it and the pitch wont work either way in career or sandbox.

I put elevators, rudder and ailerons on my first model and I got rudder and ailerons to work but elevators do not respond.

I have a motor on it and can make it take off roll and steer but cannot control pitch at all and it just flies straight into the ground after dodging a few buildings etc.

I checked in the workshop and the elevators are set to pitch -100% like the other control surfaces are set for yaw and roll -100% but when I try the controls, nada! I can see the rudder and ailerons move but the elevators stay still when I use W/S.

I tried different wing types and none of them work when the rudder and ailerons just worked straight away np.

FYI, I know its in development and I guess this needs developing !

PS it got into a mess when I tried Alt F4 to exit and then tried to restart it, game would not load and the mouse pointer became unusable in any interface except start and taskbar, had to restart the PC via windows key to get free of the animated circle cursor!

OK I got the elevators to work by selecting a key for activating the axis and pressing it continually. Then the elevators worked with W/S only while the key was pressed. I then deselected the key and the elevators continued to work with W/S.

Invert axis had no effect on W/S as I expected it to and instead I had to switch W and S over in the key assignment.

FYI

PS was impossible to fly anyway as the single rudder fin was not symmetrical.

After adding dual rudders it flew but was too touchy using m/kb for fine control. Will work on it some more next time.
