If you had told what a BFME game is... but then, it doesn't make a difference.

Steam literally doesn't decide what goes on Steam. They might kick games out at some point (too few) if they REALLY don't like them, but other than that, anything goes.

Whether or not a game is on Steam is solely decided by the publisher.

Talk to the publishers and/or devs of those games.....

1. Those are games from EA. They hate Steam, even pulled some of their games from the platform.
2. They have their own thing, called Origin. If anywhere, those games would be sold there.
3. They can't sell the game as the license for the Lord of the Rings franchise expired and they didn't want to pay to renew it. Renewing it would cost them more than they'd get back through sales. So, pretty much never gonna happen.

You could check eBay for used copies.
The game is no longer sold as the licenses required have expired and EA didn't renew them.

That fact hasn't changed in the last four years since this thread was made.

I would 100% buy several copies myself if BFME2 came to steam
