Why some games are not considered in the steam badge number of games.
My steam badge was at 190 games, I decided to buy games to get the 200+ badge. (a pack of 16 games "100 hidden" and 7 games at about 1-5€)

I start to finish the games "100 hidden". Once the 16 games finished 100% I noticed that they are not in my list of games finished 100% I also noticed that my badge was only at 193 games. I check my library of games, my number of games is 237 without counting the dlc, software, tools.

I don’t understand why the badge doesn’t take all the games into consideration. I have no games outside Steam in my library it is only games buy on steam and 5-10 games free to play.

We can even see on my profile the games 100 hidden its finished 100% in recent use but not in my games finished 100%

And why on 23 games purchased only 3 are on the badge?

It’s probably poorly translated excuse me in advance.

Since VALVe will allow just about anything on the Steam-Store for 100 bucks, game "developers" exploited this by not actually making any effort to make games, but just some random asset-packs, sold for a few pennies to milk trading cards or spam achievements or just to give "+1" on the game count, which some people really care about.

Since then, VALVe increased the barrier of entry a little. If you are a new developer on Steam, your games will show "Profile Features Limited", until you have turned enough of a profit. Those games don't give "+1" to your Steam-library.
Nothing to do with profit, actually. What Steam does to remove the 'Profile Features Limited' or 'Steam is learning about this game' is to gather data to asses if people are actually playing said game.
Once there's a critical mass of players and playtime the game is removed from those categories.

thanks, but no thanks. I only buy games that interest me I’m not going to boost my number of games just for the badge. I just wanted to pass the 200 bar and I do not understand why some games are not considered in the badge. but I have my answer.

Thanks for the playlist, I really like it.

But so the games in question are they remunerated? if yes it has no use to "block" the statistics of the players?

The only interest of a developer is to generate money with its content, the only penalty with this system is the players? That’s why some games are sold to boost profile statistics.

Yes, once Steam has completed whichever phase, the relevant game will factor into your owned-games badge.
