Inventory not available
Whenever I try to access someones inventory for trading, steam doesn't load the other person's inventory and rather just throws a message at me saying "This inventory is not available at this time. Please try again later". Both mine and the other person's inventory are set to public. Does anyone why this is happening and also how I can fix this?

It is an IP rate limit. Change your IP address if you can.

This specific issue is item server issues that you have to wait out.

It is not the IP rare limit which will give you a different error.
