I doubt. When mods lock threads you can check their post history and see for how long they've been around. I don't know about this Connie but most of them are old enough to generate confusion

Well you weren't very accurate about the exact scenario. So lets detail a bit more what happened.

There is a Beta FEEDBACK forum, in which in all of the topics not a single one is locked.

There is then a Beta DISCUSSION forum in which the topics are being locked, and the mod you are calling out only locked one single topic recently, not multiples as you falsely claimed, and it was a topic in which you were insulting steam staff which probably helped contribute to it being locked.

Steam mods cause confusion, including the times they get confused banning innocent people. They have a poor track record, the only thing not confusing about it is , steam is out to make money. Everything the steam mods due is a attempt for steam to profit, repress conversation and remove those that would cost steam sales
