Is steam downloading slow for anyone else?
Trying to DL a game about 2 gig. My normal connection is between 20-25 MPS, and it starts well enough, but then seems to deteriorating and hanging around at 2-3 MPS.

Reset my router and associated connections, and is still doing the same thing

Have you tried changing the region Steam is downloading from? You can find it in the downloads section under settings.
