But if you wait ~ 2-3 weeks, the price will be ~0.25 - 0.30 usd. But it's a great deal in some ways: you can buy the game, you will get profit from booster packs and you can refund it. so, free money i guess! ;D still can't understand people who are buying it

But is anyone buying it? it may just be the price is over priced any most will not buy it, beside maybe who don't care for money and just want to get the badges done or something

the best deal about badges is expensive backgrounds which can give a nice profit. if the game has only 4 backgrounds and 1 atleast is a nice background, it's 99% you will get it. lets say 1 badge ~ 0.50 usd, and 1 background sell price ~ 10, so 10 - 2.50 = 7.50 usd profit atleast. there are many games which have 5 cards and expensive backgrounds on market (atleast 7-11 sell prices) . i can understand why those boosters are worth, but Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception is just unknown for me. It has 9 cards!! and 5 cheap backgrounds which will not have > 0.10 - 0.15 usd price ;D Thanks for reply, anyway.

Supply & Demand. You can buy the game yourself and craft the booster pack once a day, or purchase from them.

what is "Supply & Demand"? there is a LEGIT way where you can get 2x times cheaper booster packs without limits ;D many traders, who have many cards, are doing that ;D i would do it myself if i would care about cards, but 1 booster pack is enough for me

People can sell their stuff for whatever pruice they want. I could easily make a booster pack for any of my games and slap a $20 price tag on it. So could you.

Something is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. For you it was only worth 31 cents. To someone else it was worth much more. That's it. It's a market, not a store. Market prices can fluctuate a lot. Just be happy that you got it for less than what some people were selling it for.

I buy cards to upgrade my badges. Oftentimes, I buy cards for games I have but do not and never will play. One game badge I recently upgraded each card was 50 cents. And a booster pack for the game is $1 and sells for that much regularly.

I have sold booster packs for over a £1 mark. It just depends how rarely owned the game is and how much the foil badges cost to make really.

They're willing to wager you'll be motivated by sheer impatience, or by the possibility of getting an ultra rare foil worth a tidy sum. This game has basically been abandoned by its community. Sure you could buy, and burn through sacks. To fully level up that badge, but they're likely betting. That you don't want to spend the time.
