I have have a ♥♥♥♥♥ load of trouble with textures on my steam badges, and inventory! I deleted steam reinstalled, it and it fixed it for a time on the steam browser; but they where still; missing on the browsers from Edge, and the steam app on my phone.

So, again I deleted the steam browser on my PC and fixed it again, this time logging out of both the Edge browser, and the steam app, and that fixed it on the steam browser again.

I then signed back into each one of the other 2 the Edge browser, and the steam app, and the textures were still missing.

As of now they are still on my PC steam browser. I also did every troubleshooting that I could find online to fix this issue and nothing worked! Ask google A.I. 5 different way to fix this, and did what the A.I. said, and added my own in there like signing out off all of them but one! Still have trouble!

1.) What is cause of this, the (missing textures)?
2.) How do I stop it from happening again?
3.) I know its none of my hardware because its happening on my brand-new phone hence the (steam app), what would cause it the (issue) to be seen over multiple device?
4.) Why did the reinstall of the steam browser (in the first fix) not spread to the other devices; but instead the other devices spread the texture problem back to the fix?
5.) If anyone can help fix this please heal!
