Well, you can turn almost any game into that if you have imagination and computer knowledge, or one with modding tools that make it easy to mod.

For example, you could turn Skyrim into an endless armpit fetish simulator with relative ease if you have the time and imagination. Although I don't know what your armpit fetish consists of.

Guess it depends what you're looking for exactly. There's better games off of Steam if you actually want adult games.

Look for a Touhou H game. The main character is a shrine maiden and the fandom has turned her into the poster girl for armpit flaunting.

It may not be an adult game, or have any adult themes in it, but it does have armpits in it. I highly recommend you play Brutal Legend, or Black Mesa.
