You have exceeded your Steam Cloud quota. You will need to remove some items from your Steam Cloud and try again.
i dont think im at the limit yet at all so i dont know why its not letting me upload any further. if this is a bug then Valve should fix it

also theres now a "There was a problem changing the visibility of this item (15). Please try again later" issue aswell

also by the way the Artwork im trying to upload is only about 2 Megabytes and only half-way from reaching the 5 Megabyte limit

slight update: i did manage to upload a artwork of about 1.05 Megabytes to Steam but cant seem to change the visibility after setting it to Private
