How can I fix this? I can't get into my account, but only this one account does not work only this one (website/app works for this account). Tried everything from cache to restarts and deleting files etc etc nothing works. Does it mean I lost everything?

Person above is wrong. It's a thing that's been happening to people since Thursday's outage. Contact Steam Support and tell them this. I saw someone mention in another thread to link these threads so they fully understand the problem
