Problem with buying a money gift with real money

I'm trying to send a money gift ($5) by buying it with real money.
But steam constantly told me:

There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.

By real money I mean paying with visa card, not from steam wallet.
In all menus of steam support there isn't option to contact about problem with buying a real money gift.

Anyone knows how to contact support about such problem?

its a purchase that you are making, that is the option you need to use in the support menu

You can't use Wallet funds to send digital gift cards, anyhow.

my tyying to purchase wasn't registered as failed. So, I can't continue as failed purchase.
All other options are about purchasing games/or skins
