Hallo, is some living creature working in support?
Steam support, are just bots? They don't employ living people??

I bought Enshrouded to play with friends, but they gave up to play another game,

so i wanted to return game as stated in the steam regulations.

Game purchased 24.05.2025 at 21:34, i never even istalled game.

And created return ticket to get money back. The ticket i created exactly 25.05.205 at 1:08. So it was few hours later, I waited for steam response till 1.06.2025 so it was a week later.

Then i created another ticket (previous got closed without any answer) as well as 1.06.2025 one. I didnt know then that they just insta closing my tickets, so i didnt pay attention to it. But when i check my mail, steam etc. and i saw no response i created another ticket it was 21.06 so like 3 weeks later. Then i created another ticket that day, and checked what would happen. And after i created ticket 21.06.2025 at 16:05 they just closed it in few seconds. Of course without any explanation etc.

1.07 i created ticket with differet case and also emailed support@steampowered.com but i got auto respond, that steam support is no longer using e-mail and i should create ticket. So i created another one, of course instantly closed.

Steam was best game platform always, but now i think they are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ company. No longer cares about players, customers, no one. Best example is state of Counter Strike by last few years....

Can anyone tell me what can i do about my case? I think creating another ticket is as useless as writing this post xD

huh?
When it comes to refunds, they are processed automatically by the system. Since you bought the game almost two months ago, you are well outside the window for a refund.

However, if you create a manual ticket and explain the situation, you MAY be granted a refund as an exception.

I just read the thread a bit closer. 3 tickets got closed without response, this means your account has been compromised. Steam Support don't close tickets without a response.

Your account is definitely compromised, secure your account now!

Yes, this is what happens when an account is compromised. The hijacker will close any tickets to support immediately.

Secure your account, this isn't a Steam issue, this is an account security issue.

If I'm wrong, there's no harm done. But if I'm right, you'll have secured your account and prevent any real issues.

To the best of my knowledge, if a ticket to Steam is closed without a response, that's not Steam giving you the cold shoulder, that's a hijacker closing them.

If I'm wrong, perhaps someone else will provide a different answer.
Support will always give you some sort of response to any ticket.

Closed by a Malicious Individual

A ticket can be considered to have been maliciously closed when someone other than the person submitting the ticket closes it.

If your support tickets are being closed without response from the Steam Support team, and you're not closing them yourself, it's likely that someone else is closing them - perhaps maliciously. In the very rare cases where this happens, it can usually be attributed to an account hijacker that is trying to make recovery difficult for the account owner. While this is a serious situation when it comes up, it's also usually a simple matter of securing your computer and email account before getting back in touch with Steam Support to recover your Steam account.

https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/70D8-0BCC-C47E-F498

Secure your account. All steps...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever.

Deauthorize all devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

Then, you can make a ticket.

Also be aware that account security changes will delay the ticket for 3 days.

The post above from Hotsauce provides you the information you need to secure your account.

Once you've done this, create a manual ticket for a refund for the game, explain the situation about your account having been compromised, preventing a refund within the window and that you've not played the game at all and they may grant it to you.

Should it look like this?

As long as there are no more API keys you should be good. Don't forget to do the other steps as well, especially the part about de-authorizing all other devices.
