I put in the old account name & password then they send the security code to an email I no longer have. They just started doing this July 11 2025. I bought the game on July 11 2022. The email I used back then I no longer have. Steam support absolutely is of no use. I can say that because i have spent hours this weekend going circles with the same result which is no result. So I had to create a new account, put at least $5 in the wallet in order to have access to the forum here. Can some one help. To put it simply I no longer have access to my original account therefore I am not licensed to use my game because I can't verify the email which I no longer have from three years ago.
