No wonder you're getting warned. You'll also start getting bans that way since those posts are nothing more than spam.
This is not TikTok. Take a good look at your own post history and learn from it and the warnings you've received.
Read this page: https://steamhost.cn/help_steampowered_com/en/faqs/view/6862-8119-C23E-EA7B
If you have specific questions about something on that page, ask it. We'll be happy to provide an explanation.
See my artwork page for what I mean.
Banned for a movie quote. Did I get the ban lifted? Yeah...
Should the mod be fired if it was a person? Yes.
If it was AI, should Steam stop using AI for moderation? Yes.
Will they do either?
Absolutely not!
Edit: people that disagree with others will spam report them into getting bans. That, and AI bots crawling the forums are the culprits.
They appeared only recently and the forums have turned into garbage
There's nothing particularly meaningful about it being a movie quote. There's loads of movies I could quote that would likely get me a perma.
In private places you are bound to the rules of what the places owner allows.
If you start saying things that they owner of the space has stated they don't want you to say, they have every right to tell you to stop.
Freedom of Speech only stops the government from censoring you.
So if you are posting things of no value to the discussion such as a random emoji or posting "yes" for no reason then that can be seen as spam.
And that will get you warned in ANY forum, not just on Steam.
especially when one reports written rules being broken, directly from said guidelines and conduct policy and the rule breaker doesnt get banned.
but others "doing similar", or using the exact same words, do get punished, shows inability to enforce rules properly and a lopsided leaning of not punishing certain users.
also, you can be false banned and warned, repeatedly and have to go to support to get them removed for being "unwarranted", due to moderation "mistakes".
that also said, i would ignore people saying "follow the rules", or linking the guidelines, as they themselves, do not follow the rules..., or ones spouting "no free speech", "public forums", or even "echo chamber" nonsense, as you can regularly find users who say these things, breaking all manner of rules across the whole guideline and conduct policy.
in the end, the rules are vague and not enforced properly and when they are enforced, its lopsided allowing certain users free reign to break rules, while others are instantly punished, be it correctly applied, unwarranted, or excessive in time given for said punishments.
as well, moderation and support (each individual staff member in both teams), "interpret" the "rules" differently, thus, one thinks its a rule being broken, another thinks it isnt, thus we have false bans/warnings, or correctly applied.
also, take note of these 2 template comments, from moderation notifications, when punished.
or..
both (the above) worded as they are, to allow banning of anyone, for anything, despite rules broken or not.
if you get some, telling you what you can post, or what threads you cane make, or telling you not to use the forums, or w/e else... remember this... "everyone is invited" (stated on the top of the forums, before you choose a forum to look at), as no one has a right (aside from valve) to tell anyone not to use the forums.
tdlr: walk on egg shells, use your words wisely, avoid bait arguments made to lure you into being reported and banned, take note of the people (groups of friends, or random "individuals", or even alt accounts) you see often in the forums (some seen in almost every thread in the forums arguing with people, being rude and insulting, name calling, public accusations and more) and you will see a bigger picture.
if you came here for forum usage, instead of games, well... steam forums have taken a nose dive and you wont find enjoyment here, best to simply play games and avoid the forums and the forum users, trying to control it and or run off anyone wanting to use them... until valve takes action and handles moderation, so we can have proper enforcement of rules, that are held to definition, not "interpretations".
with that said, one word replies are considered spam, as well as repeating things without changing some of the words.
anywho... good luck out there and have a nice day

It can be considered spam and depending on how its worded, can be seen in other ways as well.
