Take this game, for example: https://steamhost.cn/app/2905290/Easy_Breezy_Drive/

Look on the store page on the right, you'll see "Profile features limited" there. With a question mark.
Those games don't count for stats on the profile. They need to have reached a certain sale threshold to leave that.

You might also have games that got new achievements. The showcase won't update until you get a new achievement, so it might look like you have X amount of perfect games even though in reality you currently have Y perfect games. Looking at your games through the library for example would show a different result.
